  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The CHRISTMAS SCRAPBOOK DAY bookings will remain open until all spaces are filled and paid. The delegate fee of R2250.00 includes classes, class kits, teas, lunch and an event bag.

    • EFT PAYMENT OPTIONS
    Single payment: Received within 10 days of booking.
    Payment Plan: First payment received within 10 days of booking.
    Banking Details to be emailed with booking confirmation.
    All payment option plans must have final payment received by no later than 14 November 2023.

    - Two Payments of R1125.00

    In order for the payments to be allocated correctly, please ensure the delegate name reflects as the reference on all payments.
    Failure to make full payment by 14 November 2023 will result in automatic cancellation of booking unless prior arrangements have been made in writing to [email protected]
    - A non-refundable deposit of R500.00 is applicable to all bookings.
    • TABLE ALLOCATION
    Table allocations will be determined by the names on the completed Booking Form, unless written notification is received.
    • CANCELLATIONS
    - All bookings are non-transferable.
    - A non-refundable deposit of R500.00 is applicable on all bookings.
    - EFT Payments: Allow 7-10 days to process refund.
    - No refunds after 15 November 2023.
    - If paid in full the kits will be kept and can be collected or couriered after the event.
    - Partial payments will be forfeited after this date.
    - Hotel and travel cancellations are not the responsibility of the event.
    • SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
    Please notify us in writing of any health dietary requirements no later than four weeks prior to event. Be advised that some dietary requirements may incur an additional cost to the delegate, as levied by the catering institution.

    - All times and schedules are subject to change.
    - We reserve the right to change dates and venues as deemed necessary.
    - Should an educator not be able to participate and/or attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to arrange an alternative educator.
    - We reserve the right of admission.
